Finding fresh and interesting social media content to post to your social media network or for your blog can be difficult and frustrating.
To help, here are a few tips on how to easily find social media content to publish across your social media network and on your blog that will help drive traffic to your pages.
Other Facebook Pages

Sharing posts from other business Facebook Pages is a great way to find social media content ideas and easily share them. You can also post to your other social streams using Buffer, which is integrated with Facebook’s sharing options.
How to do it
Log in as your business Facebook Page and click on Home (upper left corner) to get the news feed featuring posts from other Pages you have Liked.
Scroll through the feed to find interesting and relevant types of social media content for your page, whether it be a community event, a news item, or a fantastic photo.
Click the Share link–you now have the option to share it immediately to your page, or you can schedule it later using Buffer or Zoho Social (you must have the app installed on your page), which can also post to other networks.

Google Alerts
Stay up to date on all Google search terms related to your business across the Web with Google Alerts–and gather social media content for your network and blog. You can have alerts emailed to you as a daily digest or choose to be alerted as they happen.
You must have a Gmail account to sign up for alerts.
How to do it
Go to google.com/alerts, sign in, and add any search term related to your business. You can narrow the results by choosing only News, Blogs, or another taxonomy, or subscribe to Everything, which I recommend if you want to track your industry across all spectrums.
You also have the option to choose what language and region you want alerts from and have all alerts or only the best results determined by Google.
You will see an Alert Preview to view the type of content your search yields. Use boolean searches to narrow the topics. For example, putting quotation marks around the search words will narrow results to terms using only those words.

Feedly
Feedly is an RSS aggregator that collects website, news, and blog feed links from the Internet. It came into play in the mid-2000s but launched big when Google shut down its RSS aggregator Reader.
You can find, add, and organize RSS feeds based on topics of interest. Feedly makes it easy to gather social media content to share across your channels or find ideas for your blog.
Feedly offers a free version. You can upgrade for more customizations and to use its new AI trending topics and competitors’ research tools.
How to Use it
After signing up, click on the RSS symbol on the right. Now you can search across the Web by topic, website, or RSS link to add to your follow lists. The platform also shows groups of topics that you can explore.

Once you input your topic, a list of suggested sites will appear, including suggested groups related to your search. Click on Follow and create or add to an existing folder.

After setting up your folders, you can click on each one to see new feeds from the sources you follow.

Clicking on a link will open a window where you can click through to read the article or share it directly using various options.

In Summary
Finding and sharing content on social media across your network takes time and effort. Fortunately, apps are available to help make your marketing tasks more manageable. The three methods mentioned will help you find social media content and easily share it with your audience.
