If something goes wrong–and most likely it will at some point–it could go viral (of course viral for a worldwide corporation versus a small business means different numbers. But all the same, it will hurt.).
So it’s important to not only know very well who you are hiring or contracting to handle your social media accounts, but also how they’ll deal with potential disasters.
